Forest Fire
The sky turned orange. The air thickened with smoke. Sirens wailed in distress from faraway. Firetrucks rushed past desperately. And the frantic news reports kept repeating the same horrifying sentence: the fire had exploded in just hours, spreading over hundreds of kilometers. I still remember the heat on my face even from far away. I could still smell the ashes drifting down like burnt charcoal. I could still hear some kids crying, while some people filmed indifferently with their phones. Yet I stood still, staring into the abysmal sky while chaos circled me, everything rushing at the corner of my eye like a nightmare I couldn’t blink away. It took me a moment to come back to earth, to step back into the studio and breathe. But once I did, I knew exactly what I had to do: take every sound from that night and pour it into my song. I wanted to turn those sounds into a message. The heavy kicks echo the pounding in my chest, the bouncy hi-hats and the firetruck sirens slice through the track because that’s exactly what I heard. The deep, underground 808 captures the weight of the moment. I wrote the lyrics so that they capture the chaos of burning forests with a hip-hop flow and the grit it takes to stand our ground, refusing to let the earth collapse, set to this trap production.

Film Making
PATHS is a heartfelt short film I wrote and produced, dedicated to the sacred strength of maternal love and the resilience it inspires. The story explores the parallels between a young boy and his mother, revealing how dreams can take different forms yet still lead to fulfillment. The boy is passionate about filmmaking, while his mother once dreamed of studying art but was discouraged by her own parents. Through his lens, he begins to understand her story: how her father once supported her artistic pursuits, how rejection from art school shattered her hopes, and how she ultimately found happiness by carving a new path.
With soft lighting, lingering shots, and a reflective tone, PATHS captures the divine bond between mother and son, built on shared passion, sacrifice, and the courage to keep creating. Dreams can take unexpected turns, but they can still lead to fruition.
